1.The first one is the flooring structure.

LVT flooring is the cheapest pvc flooring,which is floorings tiles,but need flooring glue for installation.

The SPC flooring can be installed by the locking system, so is will more expensive than LVT flooring.But the using life will be shorter and easy to be damage during the daily using.

PVC homogeneous flooring is the flooring roll sheet. It will cost more than flooring tiles,but the using life can be more than 10 years. Which can be using in high traffic place like hospital, airport,hotel and so on.

2.The second factor is flooring material.

The main materials of PVC flooring are pvc and limestone.The ratio of ingredients affects the quality of the product, which in turn affects the price of the product. If the limestone is too little, the flooring will be very soft, but the quality will be worst. If the limestone is too much, the flooring will be very crisp, which is easy to break off.

The flooring material includes the new material and the recycle material. The new material flooring quality is better. The recycle material flooring is cheaper but the quality is worst. If you touch the bottom of the recycle floor, it will drop powder. The using life is very short.

 If you demand the same specification of PVC flooring but you get a high price and a cheapest price, you should be careful of the ratio and the material of the flooring.

3.The third one is the wear layer and total thickness.

The pvc homogeneous flooring only has one layer, so the price will depend on the thickness, the thickness range of this flooring is 2mm-4mm, more thick with more cost.

The LVT flooring ,SPC flooring and heterogeneous flooring are multi-layers flooring, they usually has wear layer, print layer, backing layer. More layer will be more expensive. For these layer, the wear layer is most important factor of price because it will decide the using life of the flooring.

For the stable of PVC flooring, factory will add the glass fiber layer inside. This layer will change the price of multi-layers flooring. More stable with more cost.

4.The forth factor is the demand quantity.

If quantity will infect the factory produce cost and loss. If the quantity is bigger, the loss and cost during producing is lower. So the average price will be cheaper. But if you only need to custom a few flooring, factory will has more loos and cost, so the average price is more expensive. If you want a cheaper price, you can improve the purchase quantity.
