A. Definition of CPL

CPL means "Continuous, pressure, laminated materials". Actually, it is a new type of special-shaped environmentally friendly coating material on the market. The first layer of CPL decorative paper is melamine paper, the second layer is printing paper, and the third layer is kraft paper, parchment paper or non-woven fabric impregnated with resin glue. The three materials are cured in a double-steel-belt continuous press through the control of pressure, time and temperature, and finally form a paper-like single-layer or multi-layer laminated board.

B. The classification of CPL

1. 0.15mm super soft roll shape——it can realize the arc R angle 1mm covering.

2. 0.15mm roll shape-it can realize the arc R angle 3mm wrapping.

3. 0.3mm roll shape-it can be customized and cut at will.

1. Flexibility-thermosetting resin cures more uniformly, so that CPL users can achieve a bending angle of R=1mm when performing post-molding operations;

CPL material has excellent environmental performance, heat resistance, crack resistance, burn resistance, light resistance, good flame retardancy, high surface strength, scratch resistance, strong weather resistance, natural effect, sensory reality, bendable, can be the same color, etc. advantage.

The most special thing is its environmental protection performance. Relle‘s CPL material formaldehyde emission test result is 0.5㎎/L, while the national E1 level test standard is ≤1.5㎎/L, the test result of CPL decorative paper is far better than the national standard.

E. The application of CPL

1. Flat paste process. It can be applied to artificial board, ecological board, metal surface and mineral surface, etc.

2. Bending and wrapping. It can be applied to various lines and decorative panels.

Application products include:

1. Used for cladding/post-molding products: door frames, skirting boards, window frames, etc.

2. Used for high-quality decorative surfaces: door cover lines, door panel decorative lines, wall hanging panel press lines, furniture, interior decoration, high-speed rail, cabins and other interior decorations
